The worst in booking .. Positive: Nothing 😡 Negative: The reality away from the photo shows in booking ... It's was a big lie , and the towels where not clean ,the kitchen almost no utensils..

Moder angerichtete Wohnung in schönem gepflegten Haus mit gute Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Stadt. Positive: Modern angerichtet, schöne große Balkon. Negative: Abfluss im Bad verstopft. Küchenstühle teilweise defekt, zu wenig Geschirr. Als Anregung: Sitzgelegenheit und kleine Tisch auf dem Balkon wäre schön.

Negative: Pred ubytovaním nám boli odoslané cez booking dve správy ohľadom vstupných pin kódov, ktoré sa líšili a po príchode k hlavnému vstupu nám nefungoval ani jeden. Za celý pobyt to nikto nevyriešil, ani navyše neodpisoval na správy. Spojili sme sa len telefonicky, kedy na opačnej strane linky, ukrajinská pani nám absolútne nevedela pomôcť a povedala že máme čakať pri vchode, že tam býva veľa ľudí a vojsť. Už sa neozvala ani na druhý deň. Absolútne nekorektné jednanie. Apartmán bol na strednej úrovni, veľmi negatívne hodnotím aj extrémne tvrdú posteľ, veľký hluk z cesty, žiadna funkčná klimatizácia a ustavičný zapach v kúpeľni. Nerada píšem negatívne recenzie, ale táto situácia sa celá dala riešiť iným spôsobom. Absolútne neprofesionálne…

Your typical place when a company runs apartments as a side business, but has no experience in it Positive: The apartment is in a good location, close to a large shopping mall and many restaurants. Andél metro station is in close proximity. Negative: Communication with the hosts are extremely poor. It seems like AI is generating their messages and they do not even read and respond to anything you ask of them (invoice, parking). This was the same case when reaching out to a colleague of theirs on the provided phone number, about requesting an invoice for my company which still to this day they were not able to present... No furniture on the balcony although the appt we stayed at had a massive one, only dirt. Inside the appt it's medium clean, I was able to see stains from the previous guests. In general everything looks okayish from the outside, but once you start staying there for a couple of days it becomes uncomfortable and irritating.
