Apartamento Imperial Premium cerca de Hot Springs

Great location but mediocre apartment. Positive: The location is wonderful with immediate access to the city center (5 mins walking distance). However, if you're arriving in KV by train it is advised to order a Bolt to get to the apartment. Also nice: across the street is the Imperial Hotel (it's a big one) that offers access to their gym (you'll pay for that). Negative: The apartment's heating didn't work and there was no warm water. Also, the host's list of items provided by and present in the apartment (on Booking.com) didn't at all match with the reality. When you prepare lunch in the very small and unpractical kitchen, for example, don't bother looking for a table. You may find an iron but not an ironing board. In the photos on the host's page you'll notice a TV screen with the Netflix logo on it in the seating area, but that's also a hoax: Photoshop magic! The much smaller TV in the bedroom offers Netflix but it works horribly bad. In case you're traveling with your entire wardrobe because of the agony of choice, you'll be fine because there's a lot of closet space. The view from the apartment: there is none. The street gets busy and loud in the morning.

Korenkovci Positive: Apartmán nový, moderne zariadený , postačujúci pre dvoch dospelých a jedno dieťa, blízko centra, s možnosťou parkovania v objekte(za poplatok) Negative: Kuchynka slabšie vybavená, je tam práčka ale sušiak nie, možno zvážiť záclony na okná, keďže apartmán je na prízemí a pod oknami je cesta aj chodník a oproti parkovisko.

Positive: Umístění blízko lázeňského centra, pohodlnost a celková vybavenost ubytování, rychlá reakce majitele na dotazy. Negative: Hluk z přilehlé silnice, nefunkčnost části osvětlení, absence českých TV programů, chybějící jídelní stůl (alespoň malinký).

Positive: Es gab ein schönes Bad, sogar mit Bidet, ausreichend Toilettenpapier, in der Wohnung roch es gut, schöne Möbel. Es gab viele Schränke zum Verstauen , im allgemeinen auch viel Platz. Fön und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Mir haben ein Toaster und ein Backofen gefehlt... aber das war auch nicht angegeben, darum ist es okay. Negative: Es waren nur kleine Sachen, die nicht gestimmt haben,... ein Teebeutel und ein Weinkorken in einer Schublade, neben dem Sofa eine Süßigkeitenverpackung auf dem Boden, im Flur eine Abdeckungstafel, die in der Woche nicht angebracht wurde, im Nebenflur stand auch so eine Tafel auf dem Flur, statt an der Wand zu hängen. Die Glühbirne an einer Nachtischlampe funktionierte nicht. Die Glühleuchten an der linken Seite im Bad an der Decke und neben dem Spiegel funktionierten nicht. Tolle Deckenlampen - mit vielen Glühbirnen, aber nicht so schön, wenn jeweils eine im im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer nicht funktioniert, bzw. fehlt. Und auf den ausladenden Lampen lag auch Staub. Die Gardine war seitlich etwas herausgerissen. Im Bad ließ sich die Brause nicht fixieren, so dass man sie nur hochkant einhaken konnte, den Winkel der Brause aber nicht verstellen konnte. Die gesamte Woche wurde das Laub vor der Haustür nicht gefegt. Es gab in der direkten Nähe kaum Einkehrmöglichhkeiten, man muss in die Stadt runtergehen... und später wieder hoch.... aber in Karlsbad ist es hügelig, daher okay.

Positive: Nice and quiet spacious apartement. Equiped with everything you could need. Good internet connectivity and to top it off the possibility to park your car in the private parking. Highly recommended...
