Positive: La posizione dell’edificio l’appartamento è dentro un bel palazzo l’appartamento è carino di design, ma poco funzionale Negative: Ci sono due bagni, ma uno al piano terra non ha la doccia e la porta è di vetro e si scardina quindi di notte mi sono trovato con la porta che non si apriva. Mentre il bagno al secondo piano ha nessuna porta malgrado in altre recensioni passate è stato fatto notare l’host non ha fatto nulla fino ad oggi per provvedere. altro aspetto critico e dovuto al fatto che abbiamo ricevuto una solo asciugamano grande, a testa ed eravamo in tre e soltanto due piccolini. È stata fatta la richiesta, ma non siamo stati supportati. Nel divano letto le vetrate sul soffitto non hanno nessuna tenda che gli oscuri, quindi al mattino entra la luce.

Ubytování dobré, ale jednání majitele znechutí pobyt Negative: Jsem doslova zhnusen z jednání majitele. Nahlásil jsem, že přijedu kolem 22 hodiny. Klíčky měly být v boxu. Nic tam nebylo. Majitel to nezkontroloval a musel jsem přes hodinu čekat, než mi někdo donese náhradní klíče. Způsobilo mi to komplikace a nezaslouží si platbu za tuto noc. Cesta byla služební a už víc než měsíc tahám z majitele fakturu. Naposledy mi ji slíbil do 19.10.2025 a stále ji nemám. Týden mi nebere telefony a nevolá zpět. Byl jsem velmi tolerantní, ale pohár trpělivosti přetekl a tak to píšu jako varování pro všechny. Pokud zvolíte ubytování, počítejte s problémy. Velké zklamání, prostor dobrý ale jednání majitele mi ubytování znechutilo. Na toaletě nedrží skleněné dveře, hrozí rozbití a úraz. Upozornil jsem majitele. A obávám se, že elektroinstalace v koupelně u umyvadla neodpovídá normě, to ale nechť posoudí elektrikář. Sprchový kout u umyvadla je otevřený a menší chyba při manipulaci se sprchou a bude problém. Nicméně to nechť posoudí odborníci.

Do not stay here if you want a noisy, unclean apartment and to be ignored by the host. There was no wardrobe or rail or anything to hang clothes on (strange for an apartment). But there was a broken wardrobe door that was just propped up against the wall to act as a mirror - not sure where the rest of it went. The bathroom was very unclean with a weird non-labelled soap bottle that looked like dishwashing liquid. None of the TV channels were working, made it basically useless. The worse part was the air conditioning. The machine was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. The place itself was very hot, so it was a need to have it on. Once it became too much noise, we attempted to turn it off and just open windows, but the traffic noise was also significant (you can also hear it when the window are closed). All of this combined we did not want to stay for our full planned week. We attempted to get in contact with the host to help solve anything - no response. We followed up around 5 times via email - no response. Called and no one picked up, it wouldn't let me leave a message. This was booked through Vrbo/Expedia, we attempted to get a refund through them, but they said nothing can be done since the money was already transferred to the host and only they had the ability to refund. Even Vrbo attempted to contact them multiple times with no response. I guess once the host has their money they do not care to help in anyway. Would definitely not recommend.

Insofern gut, alles sehr nett vorbereitet gewesen, jedoch gibt es nur 3 Stühle und das Ausklappsofa war für 2 Leute sehr eng.Dennoch gut eingefädelt und die Umgebung ist auch sehr ruhig und die Altstadt ist in 30 Min an der See Promenade gut zu erreichen.

The communication by the agent Rentez has been excellent. The apartment is located in the vicinity of the city center with near by grocery shops, parking and public transportation. There is wifi available.The hygienic state was not oke, we had to clean both toilets and sinks ourself.Advertised as possible 5 person apartment, is a little exaggeration, since there is only 1 bedroom with a double bed. The couch in the living can be converted to a double bed too, and there is 5th option in the living by converting a small couch but this one is actually kind of broken, and using it as a bed is not really possible without some improvisation, and then still killing your back.Beside it is a bit small to house 5 adults.The apartment needed some maintenance wrt to toilet seat, the kitchen water tap and window blinds.
