They should do better when someone complains Positive: I didn’t like it since I already paid for a whole one week I just managed it Negative: It’s was small and tight A lot there were no fan even when I beg the host for one nothing

I could of been nice if my questions had been answered and resolved but there was no response and I thought that was due Positive: The location was good it was fairly comfortable and security was good Negative: The air conditioning was not working and I didn’t have a balcony. The bathroom had a urine smell too. When I contacted the company asking to be moved I had no response whatsoever during my 5 day stay.

Positive: Location was good Negative: It was very hot and impossible to open a window because of the noise from the street. There's no air conditioner. Also no shampoo in the shower

It's ok Positive: Location was great, close to tram and tube station. The building seemed very safe with pin at front door for entry. Negative: The photos are off-putting, the bed is actually a pull down bed and the sofa collapses underneath. You are essentially in a single room. The window can't be left open to cool the apt down when you sleep as the traffic is too loud. There's no other way to cool down the room (no air con). Not even the basics (eg: a washing sponge) were left to clean dishes or a single tablet for the dishwasher.

Positive: Розташування апартаментів,чистота. Negative: Орендували апартаменти через Bòoking .В оголошенні одне по факту друге.Відсутність елементарного електро чайника , wi-fi,телевізора.Телефонували орендодавцю ніхто не відповідав.Також ніде не було зазначено куди виносити сміття. Додзвонившись до орендодавця повідомивши про незручності ,він зобов'язався вирішити всі питання ,які так і не були виконано.
