Érkezéskor nem volt kulcs, a szállásadó pedig törölte a foglalásunkat. Miután a Bookinghoz fordultunk, hirtelen meglett a kulcs, így maradtunk. Másnap azonban a szállásadó minősíthetetlen stílusban, WhatsApp-on keresztül, kilakoltatással fenyegetve követelte, hogy utaljuk el nekik a szállás díját, mert a rendszer visszautalta nekünk a pénzt a törlés miatt. Hiába kértünk türelmet, amíg a pénz valóban megérkezik a számlánkra, aznap kérték az utalást vagy "másnap kiraknak". Emiatt a nyaralás alatt gyakorlatilag kétszer kellett kifizetnünk a szállást, ami jelentős anyagi megterhelést jelentett, mire a visszatérítés bizonytalan ideig nem érkezik meg. Senkinek nem ajánljuk, aki biztonságban és nyugodtan szeretne pihenni. / A chaotic and extremely stressful experience. Upon arrival, there was no key, and the host cancelled our booking. After contacting Booking.com, the key "suddenly" appeared, so we stayed. However, the next day, the host harassed us via WhatsApp with aggressive messages, threatening to "kick us out" unless we paid the full amount immediately (due to the refund triggered by their initial cancellation). Although we asked for patience until the refund actually cleared in our bank account, they gave us that day to pay. As a result, we effectively had to pay for the accommodation twice during our holiday, which was a significant financial burden. We felt unsafe and pressured. We do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free stay.

Positive: It's a very spacious apartment, perfect for a long stay as a couple. 30 min walk from all the main attractions and very well isolated for the winter season and noise proof. The host was very responsible, we reported an issue with the dishwasher and he immediately sent a repair man. Everything was handled smoothly. Negative: We stayed for a week therefore we noticed there were some items missing in the kitchen to make the stay a bit more comfortable. - colander - cutting board - kitchen mittens for the oven
