Very bad experience Negative: Hello, I would like to express my disappointment regarding my stay at the hotel. When we arrived at the address listed in the advertisement, we discovered that it was only a key pick-up location, and that the actual hotel was located on a different street. The directions we received were unclear, which caused us to lose about half an hour until we managed to find the place. When we finally arrived at the room, we found that it was essentially being used as a storage space: the room was full of bed linens, cleaning supplies, and dirty laundry from the entire floor, which was only collected the following day. This created a very unpleasant experience and significantly affected the quality of our stay. I kindly ask for your immediate attention to this matter, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the impact on the quality our stay.

Schöne Wohnung mit wenig Abstriche Positive: Tolle Wohnung, Lage gut, Parkplatz ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Lidl 4 Minuten zu Fuss Negative: Es könnte eine bessere Kommunikation über E-Mail sein. Das Geschirr könnte sauberer sein. Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad. WC Deckel defekt, Regen Dusche hat nicht funktioniert

Positive: Vše dokonalé

Positive: Die Lage, Betten, Stauraum. Handtücher, Bettwäsche. Negative: Einige Sachen waren leider defekt und es hat uns ein „normal“ hoher Tisch/ Stühle gefehlt. Waren aber mit kleineren Kindern da,sonst wäre es halb so schlimm… die Lüftung im Bad war bei uns sehr laut.

Negative: Leider war bei Ankunft nur eins der beiden Schlafzimmer bezogen, so dass trotz Buchung eines Appartments mit 2 Schlafzimmern nur eins genutzt werden konnte. Der Hotelmanager war trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme ab Tag 1 unseres Aufenthaltes nicht in der Lage für einen weiteren Bettbezug zu sorgen. Er besaß sogar die Dreistigkeit uns mit neuen Bettzeug auf den Tag unserer Abreise zu vertrösten. Einer Minderung der Unterkunftskosten hat er auch nicht zugestimmt.
