MyMozart City Center Residence: Indigo Studio

Disappointed Positive: The only positive point was the location, which was fairly convenient. Negative: The room was not clean, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, similar to a drain, which never went away. No kitchenware or basic utensils were provided. The bed was a fold-out bed, and the bedding did not feel clean either. I tried to request a late checkout until 12 pm, but no one responded at all. In fact, I was unable to reach the host or find anyone responsible for the property.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Tram and the grocery store. However, the pictures are deceiving. You had to walk sideways to get to the other side of the bed, then try and avoid the tripping hazard of the curtains that pooled on the floor. From the window to the bed there was only a 15 inch span making it nearly impossible to stand up out of bed without tripping on the curtains, There was filth everywhere so much dust on the shelves and appliances. There were dust bunnies on the floor. It was disgusting. No trashcan in the bathroom, no place to put your shampoo or soap in the shower, except for the dirty floor. Messaged the host multiple times and never received any response. I am waiting again from a response as to the complaints. May amend the review after I hear back from him.
