Premium Imperial Apartment near Hot Springs

Für den Preis okay, aber beim nächsten Mal woanders. Positive: Das Einchecken hat super funktioniert, alles wie vorher detailliert beschrieben. Die Lage ist auch toll, nur bedarf es einige Stufen, bzw bergab/bergauf um zu den Kolonaden und wieder zurück zu gelangen. Im großen und ganzen war es in Ordnung. Der Kontakt zu dem Host war gut, auch wenn die Probleme nicht gelöst werden konnten. Negative: Leider ging das WLAN die ganze Zeit über nicht, anscheinend war es ein Problem im Gebäude, doch konnte es nicht behoben werden. Des Weiteren gingen beide Nachttisch Lampen nicht, in einer war noch nicht mal eine Birne drin. Als die Kinder das Bidet getestet hatten (Wasser aufgedreht, da sie das nicht kannten), lief unten am Schlauch das ganze Wasser raus. Teilweise sind dicke Staubschichten auf den Möbeln.

Kein warmes Wasser, kein WLAN und keine funktionierende Heizung! Positive: Die Schlüsselübergabe bzw. die Beschreibung, wo wir den Schlüssel finden, war sehr gut und die Info kam rechtzeitig. Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Bett gemütlich und es waren genügend Handtücher da. Sowie 3 kleine Flaschen Wasser. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Negative: Wir hatten eine Außentemperatur von 14 Grad, ebenso auch Innen. Die Anzeigen, in denen man die Temperatur in den Räumen anpassen kann waren scheinbar nur Deko. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Der TV im Wohnzimmer ging zwar an, das wars aber auch - Sonst nur "Kein Signal". Der TV im Schlafzimmer ging ebenfalls an, aber auch hier war es das. Aber auch hier hatten wir Probleme, da scheinbar die Batterien in der Fernbedienung hinüber waren. Drei von 6 Leuchten im Badezimmer funktionierten nicht. Warmes Wasser gab es nur Schubweise, sonst war es nur kalt. Der Brausekopf in der Dusche ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen und die Heizungen in der Wohnung sind nur Deko.

Great location but mediocre apartment. Positive: The location is wonderful with immediate access to the city center (5 mins walking distance). However, if you're arriving in KV by train it is advised to order a Bolt to get to the apartment. Also nice: across the street is the Imperial Hotel (it's a big one) that offers access to their gym (you'll pay for that). Negative: The apartment's heating didn't work and there was no warm water. Also, the host's list of items provided by and present in the apartment (on Booking.com) didn't at all match with the reality. When you prepare lunch in the very small and unpractical kitchen, for example, don't bother looking for a table. You may find an iron but not an ironing board. In the photos on the host's page you'll notice a TV screen with the Netflix logo on it in the seating area, but that's also a hoax: Photoshop magic! The much smaller TV in the bedroom offers Netflix but it works horribly bad. In case you're traveling with your entire wardrobe because of the agony of choice, you'll be fine because there's a lot of closet space. The view from the apartment: there is none. The street gets busy and loud in the morning.

Korenkovci Positive: Apartmán nový, moderne zariadený , postačujúci pre dvoch dospelých a jedno dieťa, blízko centra, s možnosťou parkovania v objekte(za poplatok) Negative: Kuchynka slabšie vybavená, je tam práčka ale sušiak nie, možno zvážiť záclony na okná, keďže apartmán je na prízemí a pod oknami je cesta aj chodník a oproti parkovisko.
