Charming Historic Elegance in the Heart of Prague

Huge disappointment Positive: Location Negative: - The flat is very dirty and was not cleaned properly before our arrival (see photos). - The furniture is very old and in a bad shape (one of the beds fell apart immediately, the kitchen chairs are very fragile and unstable), walls are dirty with paint flaking off in many places. - There is NO SEATING AREA!!! What the pictures try to make look like a sofa, is really just a chair wide enough for 1 person but too narrow for 2 people, and it is located right next to the front door. It is therefore good enough for putting your shoes on, but nothing more. The pictures show a wooden chair in each room but they were not there. All in all, there is nowhere to sit except beds, the floor, and creaky kitchen chairs which are impossible to sit on. - The flat is situated on the ground floor, right above a night club. The noise from the club itself is not terrible (the club is apparently well soundproofed), but there are always people standing in the street, chatting loudly and SMOKING right under your window. - Equipment is insufficient - not enough glasses and cups for 5 people, not enough towels (and those that there were, were dirty). The hairdryer gives a bad burnt smell so we were afraid to use it.

Positive: Lokalita Negative: Zmatky s klicemi, ktere nejsou v miste ubytovani, ale jinde v Praze. Klice nebyly ani tam a dostali jsme je 4 hodiny od prijezdu, coz nam znicilo program na prvni den. Rozlamana postel, stare vybaveni. Na fotkach vypada lepe nez je skutecnost. Nedoporucuji.

Dobry stasunek jakości do ceny Positive: Lokalizacja niezła. Łatwo odebrać klucze, ale miejsce niefortunne, gdyż problem z zaparkowaniem samochodu w pobliżu sklepu ze skrytkami. Okoła 10 minut do przystanku tramwajowego i stacji metra. Zakupy w sklepach w bliskiej okolicy. Ciche miejsce. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Czystość bez zastrzeżeń. Trudności w parkowaniu samochodu, ale ok. 0,5 km niedrogi parking - garaż. Naprzeciw domu ładny park - Riegrovy Sady. Brak TV, ale to było wiadome. Negative: Łóżka załamujące się! I to pod ciężarem 85 kg. Problematyczna konstrukcja łóżek.

Appartement bien placé pour une visite de Prague en famille. Positive: Arrivée tardive à l'appartement mais une personne nous attendait pour nous remettre les clés et nous l'en remercions vivement. Appartement situé dans une rue calme, avec 2 chambres bien séparées, et tout le confort dans l'appartement (fours, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, ...). Accès Tram et Métro très proches à pied. Negative: RAS

War okay Positive: Die Lage war gut. Jana sehr hilfreich und freundlich und bemüht alles nötige in die Wege zu leiten Negative: Unser Bett ist einfach auseinander gefallen, in der Ausstattung stehen Shampoo und Duschbad drin waren aber nicht da, die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren teilweise kaputt, könnte sauberer sein.
