Bedbugs Positive: Bedbugs Negative: We booked this apartment from Tuesday to Saturday. Upon arrival, we discovered the dishwasher smelled and didn't work. The dishes were greasy. And it was crawling with mosquitoes and flies (thousands of them). It was 36 degrees Celsius in the apartment and there was NO fan, as was indicated on Booking.com. The apartment is located near a ditch with lots of mosquitoes, so opening a window was a disaster. We immediately messaged Adam but received no response. The next morning, we were covered in bumps and itchy. We checked the beds and found bedbugs. We called Adam, and he said he would pass it on to his colleague. That evening, when we got home, we discovered nothing had happened. We contacted Adam again, and he told us he couldn't do anything and was very rude. We then slept in the car. We contacted Booking.com. We heard nothing!!! DO NOT book this apartment because the beds have BEDBUGS!!! It's outrageous that Adam sent us a message on Saturday asking us to leave a good review because he had given us a great offer.

Ubytovala jsem se tu už podruhé při návštěvě KV a opět jsem byla naprosto spokojená❤️ Positive: - lokalita - pejsek vítán 🐶❤️ !!! - vybavení - čistota - parkoviště - milý pán na recepci, jen trošku zapomněl říct, že třetí klíč je od popelnic, ale je to drobnost☺️ Negative: Není nic co by se mi nelíbilo, všechno bylo perfektní 🥹❤️

Bardzo przestronne i gustownie urządzone mieszkanie 10 min od ścisłego centrum KV . Positive: Wystrój , WiFi, lokalizacja , cena , bezpieczny parking na wygrodzonym obszarze . Negative: Wszytko OK było po prostu idealnie

Positive: Очень хорошии апартаменты. Очень близко к центру. Рядом Лидл . Чисто . Уютно . Negative: Не работала посудомойка . Но думаю, это временное неудобства.

This was one of the worst hosting experiences I’ve had. Extremely disappointed. Avoid this host! Negative: Low transparency about pricing: Be aware that the price you see during the booking search is not the price you will actually pay. At checkout, several hidden fees suddenly appear. Moreover, the city tax was listed as $2/day per adult, but in the invoice sent by the app, it had mysteriously increased to $2.20. On top of that, there was a payment procession charge clearly designed for the host’s convenience, not the guest’s. If you’re only staying for a night or two, you might overlook these issues. But if you're a group staying for a few weeks, the extra charges add up significantly. It’s dishonest and exploitative. Poor service: -We were a group with different schedules, yet the host provided only one set of keys. This severely restricted our ability to move around independently. -The kitchen sink was leaking from day one. Despite repeated calls and messages, it was never fully repaired – we lived with a leaking sink for two weeks. -The host was unresponsive: didn’t answer texts, didn't pick up calls, and didn't offer efficient support during the stay. Poor facilities: - The kitchen was poorly equipped, limiting our ability to cook basic meals. -The apartment is furnished with little taste, most equipment is unpractical. -No ventilation or air conditioning at all, even though there was ongoing construction in the building, making the air quality indoors terrible. Overall: a frustrating, overpriced, and substandard experience. I strongly advise against booking with this host. There are far better, more honest, and responsive options out there.
