Positive: Merkeze yakınlığı ve tesiste aşağı yukarı bir ailenin ihtiyaç duyduğu elektrikli cihazların olması.
Negative: Kahve makinasının cezvesi yoktu, Perdelerin düğmeleri çıkmış perdeler sarkmıştı, Oda da bulunan köşe ve ince detay temizlikleri yoktu ama genel olarak temizlik iyiydi. TV.de Netflix harici bir şey izlenememesi eksi bir durum, yastık ve koltuk minderleri lekeli durumda,, duvarlarda asılı bazı şeyler düşmüş ancak genel anlamda yine de ortalamanın üzerinde bir puanlamayı hakediyor.
